We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email.

We strive to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the change can be made in time, but we will do everything we can to process your request. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP, including your name and order number, and we'll do our very best to make any necessary corrections.

Our warehouse staff is extremely quick so, if you notice an error, please email us ASAP and include your name and order number. We will do our best to process the change prior to the departure of your order. Although we cannot guarantee the change can be made in time, we will do everything we can to process your request.

In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when you can expect the item to ship. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks we will process your refund for those items.

We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us with your name and order number for further assistance.

Simply go to the Track My Order link on the Home Page or in the Main Menu and input your tracking number to see where your package is. If you need further assistance, we are always willing to help you.

We have a Money-Back Guarantee for 30 days from the placement of your order. If any of your purchased items are missing from your order, damaged, or you've received incorrect quantities, or items you didn't order, please reach out to us immediately to resolve your issue via email at icorjos@me.com or by using the Contact Us tab. Please be sure to contact us within that 30-day window.
